Scarlett is a 2 year old English Toy Spaniel and she is a real sweetheart. This girl has loads of personality and spunk! Scarlett came to us with both knees that needed surgery. She had severe luxating patellas. She has fully recovered from that surgery and can move around so much better! She is back to being a dog with normal mobility! 

This girl loves to snuggle and while a little slow to warm up to strangers, she then becomes a non-stop tail wagging happy dog when she gets to know you. 

She is good with other cats and dogs and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She weighs around 12 lbs and is a real stunning dog in person. She is otherwise healthy and housebroken/crate trained. A securely fenced yard and another canine companion are a must.  

She is being fostered in East TN and we will consider those applications that meet her needs within a reasonable distance.
