Grace is a 5 year old tricolor female and a retired breeder. She is the sweetest girl and such a precious love. A little shy but warms up quickly and loves to snuggle, sit in your lap and be petted. She has excellent leash manners and enjoys walks and being with her person wherever they go.

She has a Grade 3 heart murmur and moderate to severe mitral valve disease. She is on heart medication and will require it lifelong. She will need heart checkups and ECHOs every 4-6 months to monitor her progression of heart disease. While we have no idea how long her lifespan will be, we are making it the best possible! She currently has no symptoms, does not cough or act ill at this time.

She is as happy as can be! She is housebroken, has been spayed and had some bad teeth removed. She is great with other dogs and people. She would prefer a home where she can sleep on the big bed, either be the only dog with someone home frequently or someone who has some dogs that can be her buddy if they are gone a good portion of the day. She does not have anxiety but likes to have a buddy (human or canine) around as much as possible. She is the gentlest soul and deserves a quiet and gentle home.  A securely fenced yard is also a must.
