Wren is a lovely little girl who has been retired from her life as a breeder.  Wren knew from the moment she was picked up that her life was going to be wonderful.  She has been happy and embracing life from the first day.  Wren follows her foster mother everywhere and tries really hard to please.  She has learned to sit for her dinner, learned about treats, how to eat from a bowl and more.  Wren is crate trained, and sleeps in a crate at night.  She would love to be in bed with you, but Wren doesn’t understand heights.  Wren is slightly hearing impaired.  She pays attention to clues and responds, but it takes a couple calls of her name for her to respond when sleeping.  Wren shows some symptoms of mild SM and will be assessed, soon.  She has had a spay and dental and has lost all but 5 of her teeth.  She is UTD  on her vaccines and is heart worm negative.  Wren has been in foster care for about two months and is pretty good about potty training.  There is less than one accident a day, if she is taken out every three to four hours.  Wren will occasionally wake you to go potty at night.  Happiness is a choice you make, Wren has chosen to be happy in her new life.

Wren is being fostered in Hyde Park, NY.  She requires a securely fenced yard, another canine companion in the home and continued spoiling.  These requirements are a must.  Please complete an application, then e-mail luckystarrescue@gmail.com of your interest.  We do not approve long distant adoptions so please consider your location before applying.
